Eve Lom Rescue Mask and the Rescue line

The Rescue line is Eve Lom's quick response for when the complexion looks dull, congested or uneven in texture. The brand frames it around three verbs: rescue, reveal and clarify, to achieve smoother, more balanced skin without giving up hydration. At IM Beauty you'll find its two stars: a purifying mask for weekly use and exfoliating pads for the night.

Rescue Mask, the purifying mask

The Rescue Mask combines kaolin clay infused with honey, which absorbs excess oil and conditions the skin, with ground almond that exfoliates gently and camphor, which refreshes and helps congested skin. The result is a cleaner, more refined and radiant complexion. It's suitable for all skin types, though it's especially recommended for oily or combination skin.

How to use it: after cleansing the skin, ideally with the Eve Lom Cleanser, apply it to dry skin avoiding the eyes and leave it on for between 15 and 20 minutes, until it dries. Then remove with upward movements and finish with the dampened muslin cloth. It's recommended once a week or whenever skin needs a deep cleanse.

Rescue Peel Pads, daily exfoliation in disc form

The Rescue Peel Pads are biodegradable pads soaked in a combination of naturally derived acids (AHA, PHA and BHA) with a fruit acid complex, glycolic acid, niacinamide, marshmallow and allantoin. They remove dead skin cells without irritating the skin, support cell renewal and help smooth texture and fine lines, while hydrating.

How to use them: at night, after cleansing, sweep a pad over the face and neck with circular movements, avoiding the eye area. Let it absorb, then follow with your moisturiser, for example Moisture Cream.

When to choose each one

  • For clogged pores and shine: Rescue Mask as a weekly treatment.
  • To progressively improve radiance and texture: Rescue Peel Pads in your night routine.
  • To combine them: use the pads daily and the mask once a week, skipping the pads that night to avoid over-exfoliating.

When using exfoliating products with acids, it's best to apply sunscreen in the morning and, if your skin is sensitive, introduce them gradually.
