Shipping policy
The current Shipping Policy exclusively regulates the deadlines, costs, and delivery conditions of orders placed at IM Beauty. For any questions regarding changes or returns, please consult our Returns Policy.
1. Origin and preparation of the order
- Logistics center: All orders are processed in our warehouse in La Llagosta, Barcelona (Spain).
- Preparation time: We process and prepare orders from Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed before 1:00 PM (peninsular time) are usually shipped the same business day; those placed after are sent the next business day.
- Stock verification and quality control: Before dispatch, each product undergoes quality control to ensure the integrity and freshness characteristic of the niche cosmetics we distribute.
2. Geographical coverage
- Peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, and the Canary Islands.
- International shipping (Europe): We ship to certain European countries. The availability of destinations may vary according to the season and logistical restrictions; the system will automatically show if your country is enabled at the time of purchase.
3. Delivery methods and estimated times
The exact timeframe is calculated at the end of the purchase and depends on the chosen rate:
- Standard (Peninsular Spain): 2–5 business days.
- Express (Peninsular Spain): 24–48 hours.
- Standard Islands/remote areas (Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla): +1–3 days over the peninsular timeframe.
- International standard (main European cities): 5–10 business days.
Note: The timeframes are indicative and may be affected by local holidays, peaks in demand, customs, or operational incidents with the courier.
4. Shipping costs

Peninsular Spain:
- Free for orders ≥ 50 €.
- 3.50 € for orders < 50 €.
- Islands and hard-to-reach areas: The cost is shown at checkout; it may include a logistical surcharge.
- International: The system calculates the amount based on country, weight, and method.
- Weight/volume surcharge: Exceptionally heavy or bulky packages may incur a surcharge that you will always see before payment.
5. Carrier and tracking
- Main company: CTT Express (and its international partners).
- All shipments include a tracking number, sent via email/SMS once the package leaves our warehouse.
- In case of absence at delivery, the carrier will leave a notice for pickup or retry according to their procedures.
6. Customer responsibility
- Incorrect or incomplete address: IM Beauty is not responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- Unclaimed packages: If a shipment is returned for not being picked up, we can resend it upon payment of the new shipping costs.
- International customs procedures: Some countries apply tariffs or import fees; these amounts are the responsibility of the customer.

Packages not picked up at the delivery point and return to the warehouse: If the package has been sent, arrives at a delivery point, and the customer does not pick it up, causing the shipment to return to our warehouse, IM Beauty may process the refund of the order discounting:
- (a) the cost of the outbound shipping (to the destination), and
- (b) the return cost/refund cost charged by the transport company.
