Cleanser

Created in 1985 by facialist Eve Lom, this cleansing balm is one of skincare's icons: it works like an at-home facial treatment that, in just two minutes, removes makeup, cleanses, gently exfoliates, hydrates and preps the skin for the next steps of your routine. Named 'Product of the Decade' by Country & Townhouse, it remains the benchmark for balm cleansers.

Its texture melts onto dry skin and lifts away makeup, even the most stubborn, along with impurities. Once removed with the hot muslin cloth, skin is left hydrated, balanced and healthy-looking.

How to use

Use morning and night as the first cleansing step. Warm a small amount between your fingers and massage it onto dry skin with circular movements. Soak the cotton muslin cloth in hot water and press it onto your face for a few seconds (it should be pleasantly warm, never too hot); breathe in the botanical aromas and gently remove the balm. Repeat twice with warm water and finish with a cold water compress to refresh the skin.
