Face Fitness: the science of movement
Face Fitness applies facial gymnastics principles to mechanically stimulate the skin and supporting tissues. Through precise, upward movements, it aims to improve the appearance of tension and contour definition, amplifying the sensory and cosmetic effectiveness of your treatments.
How to use
- Preparation: carry out your usual cleansing and toning routine. Apply your THALGO anti-aging serum and cream to provide optimal glide.

Movements: work with gentle, upward movements from the centre towards the outside of the face.
• Oval: glide from the centre of the chin towards the jaw and up to the ear.
• Cheeks: move upward from the nasolabial fold towards the cheekbone.
• Forehead: from the eyebrows towards the hairline.
Avoid excessive pressure; prioritise consistency and precision of movement. - Frequency: daily use, morning and/or evening, according to preference and skin tolerance.
- Hygiene: clean the accessory after each use and dry it carefully.
