• Lower area: from the tear duct towards the upper part of the cheekbone, 6–10 passes per eye.
• Upper eyelid: from the tear duct towards the outer corner, following the eyelid line.
• Expression lines: gently massage the crow's feet and the frown area.

Step-by-step acupressure (shiatsu) guide

With very light pressure (3 seconds per point, unless otherwise indicated), apply the sphere to the edge of the orbital bone:

• P1: under the eye, at the inner corner next to the base of the nose (over the tear gland area). Gentle micro-circles around the bony arch.
• P2: base of the eyebrow, inner side. Locate the small hollow and apply precise, light pressure.
• P3 (Yu Yao): at the start of the eyebrow arch, upper edge of the orbit. Sustained pressure for 10 seconds.
• P4: tail of the eyebrow, outer side. Gentle pressure to relax the periocular muscles.
• P5: middle of the lower orbital edge (aligned with the pupil), just above the cheekbone. Minimal back-and-forth horizontal movements.
• P6: outer corner of the eye, starting from the orbicular bone. Flat hollow: apply slightly firmer acupressure for 10 seconds.
