3. Introducing retinol: for sensitive skin, start with 2 nights in the first week and continue on alternate nights.

Expert tips

• Alternate the use of the retinol serum with chemical exfoliants; avoid applying it on the same day and for 72 hours after wax depilation.
• Boost with ultra-hydrating products in cold climates. SPF 30 or higher is essential in the morning.
• Consistency with the lip contour treatment to improve fine lines.

Tolerance notes

• Retinol may increase photosensitivity; use high sun protection.
• As it contains AHAs, skin may be more sensitive to the sun; apply sunscreen daily.
