Extracted from NATTO, a traditional Japanese food made from fermented soybeans. NATTO is a food very rich in proteins, fiber, and probiotics. It is a polypeptide biopolymer produced through the fermentation of the probiotic "NattoBacillus".
It is a natural vegan amino acid of high molecular weight.
