Humanitarian Balm

Farmacias con Ángel: a formula with a purpose

This balm is part of Farmacias con Ángel, a charity initiative by Arturo Alba together with the Asociación El Ángel de Javi. It is a non-profit product, created to turn every unit into a real contribution to the project.

Arturo Alba donates €7.53 from every Humanitarian Balm sold to the Asociación El Ángel de Javi.

Our commitment

We contribute by giving up our margin: we sell this balm at cost, without making any profit from its sale. That way, the value of every unit stays where it should be: in research.

Who are we helping?

Javi has NEDAMSS, a rare, progressive neurological disease associated with alterations in the IRF2BPL gene, which can cause loss of motor skills, speech and independence.

There is currently no approved treatment for NEDAMSS. Various groups and associations are driving research into new therapeutic alternatives, including gene therapy strategies that are still at the experimental stage.

The Asociación El Ángel de Javi, chaired by his mother, Ana Piera Carbonell, works to raise funds to keep advancing clinical development and research into this disease. With every balm, you also become part of that effort.
