SHIPPING POLICY

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped from our store in La LLagosta. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons. We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and will be shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 1-2 business days to process your orders. After that, it will take 2-3 business days for delivery in Spain, (depending on location).

Will I be charged taxes and customs?

The prices shown on our site are taxes included in Euros (€), which means that you will not have to pay customs duties and taxes once you receive your order.
